Refund Policy
No refunds. Research materials sold by Regenerate Wholesale are final sale.
What we do not refund
- Change of mind or cancelled interest after payment
- Opened, reconstituted, or used vials
- Improper storage or buyer handling errors
- Orders cancelled after shipment
- Quality or purity claims (use COA process; no cash-back)
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery for shipping defects
Sole remedy for our shipping error
If we ship the wrong SKU, email regeneratepeptides@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with order number and clear photos of the outer carton and vial label. If confirmed, we reship the correct SKU. We do not issue a money refund.
Damaged in transit
Photo documentation within 24 hours may qualify for a replacement shipment of the same SKU — not a cash refund.
