These Terms govern purchases from Regenerate Wholesale (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to this Agreement.
1. Authorized use & eligibility
All products are for laboratory research and in-vitro scientific study only. You confirm you are at least 18 years of age and qualified to handle research chemicals. Products are not for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or drug formulation. You are responsible for complying with applicable law.
2. Handling & safety
You are responsible for storage, safety procedures, and disposal. We assume no liability for misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
3. Shipping
Orders process within one business day when payment clears. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $200. We ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for carrier delays or losses after handover to the carrier.
4. Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders. Payment must be received in full before shipment.
5. Returns & refunds
No refunds. See the Refund Policy. Sole remedy for a Company shipping error (wrong SKU) is reshipment of the correct item after timely photo documentation.
6. Disclaimer
Products are sold “as is.” We make no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Site content is informational only and is not medical advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from purchase, handling, storage, or use of products. You agree to indemnify Regenerate Wholesale from claims arising from your possession or use of products.
